Returns and Exchanges

Return of products of proper quality

You can return or exchange the device if:

  1. Under 14 calendar days have passed since you received the device
  2. The seal is intact (each device has a seal)
  3. The condition of the device, its packaging and accessories have not changed since the purchase

Return of defective products

You can return or exchange a defective device if all three of the following conditions are met:

  1. A significant defect in the product has been identified.
  2. The condition of the device, its accessories, and packaging have not changed since the time of purchase. We check for mechanical damage and signs of moisture exposure.
  3. The defect has been confirmed by the Breezy service center.

A defect is considered significant if it is irreparable, cannot be fixed without disproportionate costs (up to 30% of the product's price), occurs repeatedly, or reappears after being fixed.

You can select a replacement device on the website and place an order. When agreeing on the order, inform the store manager that you have chosen the gadget as a replacement and the operator will prompt you for the next steps.

The procedure of the return

Contact our managers and confirm the exchange/return of the product. After the manager confirms return, you can visit our store or send the goods back to the store with courier.

Return requests are processed according to the seller’s office working hours.

Any payments or postage charges for returning the goods are covered by the store within 7 days after the purchase. If this term has passed, these charges are not refundable.

There is no fee for returning, the full cost of a product will be refunded.

When paying with card online:

  • The buyer must return the goods by visiting one of Prestigio Plaza stores or sending them with courier. If all conditions for returning the goods are met, the funds will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account.
  • Once your return is approved, the money will be transferred to your account within 48 hours (bank dependent).
  • The Return Label is managed by the courier service electronically.

When paying in cash:

  • In this case, the buyer has to visit the store where the payment was made. If all conditions for returning the goods are met, the refund will be made in the store.

All other matters are governed by the current legislation of the South African Republic at the time of the buyer’s request.

Who provides a warranty for gadgets?

The warranty is provided by the Breezy service center.

What should I do if the equipment does not suit me?

You have 14 days to check the device. During this period, you can return the money for it if the condition of the device and accessories have not changed since the receipt. After this period, the warranty terms come into effect.

There is a problem with the purchased device, what should I do?
