  • The warranty period is listed for each device on our website and depends on the device’s condition:

What to Do If You Discover a Defect in the Device?

  • Call us and provide your order number or the phone number used to place the order.
  • We will log your request and direct you to a service center.

Warranty Exceptions

  1. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product.
  2. The warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects resulting from using the product with accessories or items not manufactured or supplied by the manufacturer, or using the product for unintended purposes.
  3. The warranty does not cover defects caused by force majeure, accidents, or intentional or negligent actions (or inaction) by the consumer or third parties.
  4. Product setup, as described in the user manual, is not covered by the warranty and must be done at the owner's expense.
  5. Breezy is not responsible for warranty claims in the following cases:
  6. - If the product (or its accessories/components) has been opened (seal broken), modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center, or if unauthorized spare parts were used.

    - If the serial number, production date, or model name on the product has been removed, erased, damaged, altered, or is illegible.

    - If the product, intended for personal (household/family) use, was used for business or other non-intended purposes.

    - If the product was used, installed, or operated in violation of the instructions in the user manual.

  7. The warranty does not cover the following defects:
  8. - Mechanical damage occurring after the product was handed over to the consumer, including damage from sharp objects, bending, compression, dropping, etc.

    - Damage caused by non-compliant power, telecom, or cable networks, radio signal strength (including terrain-related issues), or connecting incompatible or faulty external devices.

    - Damage from moisture, humidity, extreme temperatures or environmental conditions (or sudden changes in such conditions), corrosion, or oxidation.

    - Damage from food or liquid spills; damage caused by chemicals, animals, insects, or their waste.

    - Defects resulting from natural wear and tear during use. Natural wear includes deterioration of technical condition, changes in material properties, or appearance due to prolonged use.

    - Damage caused by using non-standard (non-original) or poor-quality (damaged) accessories, spare parts, or data storage devices (e.g., memory cards).

  9. Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) described in the product documentation can be performed by the consumer or by specialists from authorized service centers or sellers (for a fee). You may not use other specialists, even if qualified, outside of authorized centers.
  10. The manufacturer is not liable for any harm caused directly or indirectly by the product to people, pets, or property if it results from:
  11. - Violation of usage or installation rules,

    - Intentional or negligent actions (or inaction) by the consumer or third parties,

    - Force majeure events.

    Breezy reserves the right to amend these warranty terms by publishing a new version on the company’s official resources.

    It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed about the current warranty terms.

Do you sell REF phones?

We sell refurbished devices. Our goal is to make buying a refurbished device similar to buying a new one. To do this, we carefully check each device, disinfect it, and prepare for sale. We provide a warranty for each device.

Who provides warranty for the devices?

The warranty is provided by the Breezy service center.

You can view photos of the devices on the Breezy.co.za website by selecting the model and scrolling down the product page.

What does 'Refurbished devices' mean?

These are devices that have been diagnosed at a service center, are fully functional and ready to meet you.

Are all Apple products genuine? How can you prove it?

We sell only original Apple gadgets. Before going on sale, each device undergoes diagnostics in a service center, including for originality - there are many methods that only professionals know about.
